Arclap: Pioneering solutions for construction site monitoring
We analyzed the business areas and developed the business plan for the start-up arclap, a cloud-based platform for cameras and AI on construction sites. We were also actively involved in preparing the pitch. We also strategically developed the share and board structures. We are currently supporting the acquisition of investors in order to further advance arclap’s vision.

Advice2 Customized solutions for the insurance market
For the start-up Advice2, an innovative insurance broker, we developed the business areas in workshops and drew up the business plan. We also advised on the drafting of the shareholders’ agreement and on matters relating to the board of directors. Our focus on sustainable cash management and solid structures ensures the basis for long-term success.
MediRapp AG: Strategic consulting for innovation in the healthcare sector
We provided comprehensive strategic advice to the start-up MediRapp AG, which specializes in solutions for cardiologists. The focus was on optimizing shareholder structures, drafting retention agreements and providing support in matters relating to the board of directors.
ImmoTrack AG: Digitalization in facility management
As founder and Managing Director of ImmoTrack AG, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the SaaS product for the facility management industry from the very beginning. From the idea to IT, process design, marketing and sales through to HR, I built up all areas. I also successfully acquired investors and represented the Board of Directors as Managing Director.

For existing facility management organizations, we have carried out comprehensive ACTUAL analyses of the processes and developed tailor-made TARGET concepts based on this. In addition, we identified new business areas and prepared a sound financial potential analysis in order to promote sustainable growth.
Immoplus Services AG: Digitalization and growth
As Managing Director of Immoplus Services AG, I introduced digitalization, optimized processes, streamlined cash management and established an employee incentive program to attract new customers. These measures led to a 70% increase in sales and a 30% reduction in expenses – a sustainable success for the company.
Security concepts at the highest level
We developed a comprehensive security concept for an anonymous organization to prevent potential terrorist attacks and assassinations. This concept included state-of-the-art technologies such as facial recognition terminals, license plate recognition and surveillance cameras as well as a tailor-made training concept. In addition, we conducted the training courses in person to ensure maximum security.
Swissinvest.com: Innovation in the financial technology market
As a member of the management team at Swissinvest.com, an independent provider of real-time stock market prices, I was responsible for marketing and partnerships. We developed smart “site-in-site” solutions that enabled service providers such as banks to bring their products online within minutes. This innovation made us the market leader in the industry.
Dave & Buster's: Franchising success in Europe
Together with an American consultant and a Swiss lawyer, we brought the franchising of the Dave & Buster’s restaurant chain to Europe for a family office investor. We were the first to obtain the exclusive franchising of Dave & Buster’s – a groundbreaking success in the European market.
Eli's Sound Illusions
As a talent scout and coach, I helped a budding comedian to realize his potential. Together we developed a convincing story and I took over the marketing of Eli’s Sound Illusions. With this concept, he won prestigious competitions such as the Small Prix Walo and performed successfully at the Arosa Humorfestival.
Solomon's Temple Recreated - 3D Reconstruction & Animation
The project was commissioned by a private client. The digital 3D model was created in over 400 hours of reconstruction work based on Jewish primary sources and biblical texts. The film was originally presented on a panoramic screen 18 meters long and 3 meters high. It can also be delivered as a 360-degree immersive show.
Each presentation contains structured historical explanations and can be booked for institutions, conferences and private events. Prices on request. Becker Innovation also develops customized digital 3D model films for clients.
Event planning for global non-profit organizations
For an international non-profit organization, I was significantly involved in the creative idea development, planning and implementation of events and gala dinners with up to 600 guests for several years – from concept design to successful implementation.
Yad Sarah Charity Gala Zurich
In just six months, I built up a dedicated team and organized the first Yad Sarah Charity Gala in Zurich. CHF 550,000 was raised through table sales and donations – a philanthropist doubled the amount on the evening to CHF 1.1 million.
Yad Sarah supports over 1.2 million Israelis every year with over 7,000 volunteers and only 4% administrative costs – help that goes straight to the people.
The projection took place in the association’s premises on a screen 18 meters wide and 3 meters high. Three keynote speakers accompanied the immersive presentation. Around 160 guests were present. The production attracted a great deal of attention and had a lasting effect.
Experience in the foundation sector
As a long-standing member of the Board of Trustees in the role of Secretary General, I am very familiar with all matters relating to the foundation. From strategic work to communication with the authorities, I take responsibility for all tasks and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
